Dr. Chen founded Bay Area Dental Group in 2010 with a vision to provide compassionate, high-quality dental care to Hudson County families. He specializes in comprehensive restorative dentistry and complex treatment planning. Known for his gentle approach and clear communication, Dr. Chen makes even anxious patients feel at ease.

Dr. Williams joined Bay Area Dental Group in 2016 and quickly became known for her exceptional eye for aesthetics and her warm chairside manner. She has a special passion for smile makeovers and helping patients achieve the smiles they have always dreamed of. Dr. Williams lectures locally on cosmetic dentistry advancements.

Dr. Park completed a specialty residency in orthodontics after his dental degree and is board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. He is a certified Invisalign Platinum Provider and has treated over 1,200 orthodontic patients. Dr. Park believes that a properly aligned smile is not just cosmetic — it is essential for long-term oral health.

Lisa is one of our most beloved team members, known for her thorough yet gentle cleanings and her knack for educating patients about home care in a way that actually sticks. She has specialized training in scaling and root planing for patients with gum disease and is passionate about the connection between oral health and overall wellness.

Jennifer has a natural gift with children and is our go-to hygienist for our youngest patients. Her patience, playful approach, and ability to make dental visits feel like an adventure has converted many a reluctant child into a dental enthusiast. She also has special training in pediatric sealant application and fluoride therapy.

Amanda is the heartbeat of our practice operations. She coordinates scheduling, insurance verification, and treatment financing for all three locations while maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes Bay Area Dental Group feel like family. Amanda is often the first voice patients hear and the reason they come back.
